GRIFFITH PARK—Three people were trapped in their vehicle after an accident occurred shortly after 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 23 on the 4400 block of North Crystal Springs Dr. in Griffith Park.
The Los Angeles Fire Department reported a single vehicle that was on its side with three occupants on North Crystal Springs Dr. The three victims were located by Park Rangers in that vehicle in what was described by LAFD as a precarious position.
Of the three people found, two sustained minor injuries and were quickly removed from the vehicle and declined being transported to a local hospital. The third patient is said to have suffered a critical injury and was taken to a nearby hospital by LAFD Paramedics.
The names, ages, gender, and affiliation of the three patients has not disclosed to the public. The description of the vehicle involved in the crash has not been disclosed.
