BEVERLY HILLS—My name is “Bill” and, no, I wasn’t abandoned and found wandering around the streets. I was much loved for all of my six years, until the person that I loved so very much passed away.  There was no one that could continue to take care of me, so I hope that I can find someone that will love me as much as I was loved – and spoiled – before.
I’m a Retriever/Rottwieler mix, and I like being the only dog.  However, I love children of all ages, and get along great with them!
I don’t guard any of my belongings. In fact, I love playing with toys, and will bring them to you so that you can play with them, too, if you would like!  When we’re out walking you don’t have to worry about me pulling on my leash to go after someone on a bicycle, or a skateboard, if they should happen to go by.  You, also, don’t have to worry about me bothering you with my barking.  However, I will bark is to let you know that someone is at the door.  So, if you see that it’s someone that isn’t welcome, I can do a good job of scaring them away for you.
I’m very loyal, very loving, and extremely smart – if I must say so myself!  I know that I’m big, but one of the things I love the most is to snuggle next to you when you sleep.  I miss that so much.  I promise not to crowd you too much!
Do you know what else I like?  I better tell you, as I don’t think that you’ll be able to guess.  Well, it’s Parmesan cheese!  Yes, Parmesan cheese! That is so yummy!
Well, now that you know some of the ways that I was spoiled, I hope that there is someone that will keep spoiling me – “in the manner that I’m accustomed” – and will make me part of their life, for the rest of mine! So, are you that person?  Or, do you know someone that is? If, so, won’t you please call for an appointment to see me?
NOTE: The Friends of Animals Foundation is having their Annual Holiday Boutique on Friday, December 3rd, from 9:00AM to 3:00PM at the IHOP Restaurant located at 8600 S.
