BEVERLY HILLS —My name is Dewey, and I’m one of the many Chihuahuas that need a home. I turned 2 years old on February 10, so I’m a young one. I was given up, because of the usual reason given these days, the housing situation. However, I’m so little, only about seven pounds, that I’m sure that a place could have been found where I would have been welcomed. Oh, well, no sense in trying to figure it out. I’m sure that there’s someone out there that will give me a loving home, and keep me forever.

“You don’t own a chihuahua, the chihuahua owns you.” – Anonymous

“If Chihuahuas were people, you’d find them in the hammock on sunny summer days, instead of hiking, canoeing or swimming.” – Jacqueline O’Neil.
