BEVERLY HILLS—My name is “Jessica”, I’m a Miniature Pinscher, and I’m going to let you know right away that I’m a “so-called” senior.  I say “so-called”, because I’m just as perky as any of the young ones around here. You’d never know that I was eleven years old if I didn’t tell you, so, I could have lied about my age – but I’m not that type. I’ll be honest with you about everything.
As you can see, my right eye isn’t perfect.  I may be able to see shadows – but that’s about all.  However, my left eye is just fine, so that doesn’t slow me down one bit.
I guess you’re wondering why I was given up. Well, here’s the story.  I was given up because “my person” said that I was too attached.  Too attached??  I never knew that was a bad thing, and I will never understand why, after eleven years of being attached, I would be given up.  However, here I am.
Seeing that I’m the clingy type, I guess it would be best for me to be adopted by someone that’s home a lot.  How about another “so-called” senior?  We’d make a great pair, don’t you think?  However, I don’t want to limit my chances, so anyone that would like an affectionate partner, please come to see me.  I want to become attached to someone again – forever, this time.
I realize that some of you might want a younger dog, or a bigger one, or you may even want a kitty cat that can be a lot more independent than I am!  So, if you check the website at: foafla.petfinder.com, you will see all of my buddies that are here with me.  But, I sure hope that someone will call to see me!
