WEST HOLLYWOOD—The city of West Hollywood will open its Rental Housing Interest on Friday, November 1 at 8 a.m. The city’s interest list will consist of available lower and moderate-income rental housing. It will remain open until Saturday, November 30, at 11:59 p.m.

Once the list officially closes, a lottery of new interest list applicants will be drawn in order to randomize placement. When applicants with corresponding numbers are drawn in the lottery, they will be placed at the end of the city’s current low-moderate housing list.

The city of West Hollywood has an existing interest list that was conducted in previous years prior to the new drawing starting on November 1. All applicants on both current and existing lists will maintain their place in the queue. Withdrawing and later reapplying is not advised.
