HOLLYWOOD HILLS—”Heroes” and “Final Destination” actress Ali Larter has put her Hollywood Hills home back on the real estate market with an asking price of $4.85 million.

The four-bedroom, six-bathroom house was built in 2007 and designed by architect Brian Murphy. It is located at 2501 Astral Drive, just a few minutes from Runyon Canyon Park.

Glass walls are featured throughout the loft-style home. Special rooms and sections include guest/maids quarters, a media/playroom, a bar and private sundeck.

The house architecture features a fireplace located in the master bedroom suite, hardwood floors and a large chef’s kitchen. Kitchen appliances included in the purchase are a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.

Larter is choosing to sell her the Hollywood Hills 4-bedroom house she has lived in with her family and purchased back in 2009.
Larter has lived in the 4-bedroom house with her family since 2009.

A private office or gym is located separate from the main house. The backyard includes a spacious swimming and spa combination, while also offering a view of downtown Los Angeles and the neighboring canyon.

Larter previously purchased the house back in 2009 for $2.925 million, a value 10% lower than the initial asking price of $3.25 million.

The house is being brokered by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agent Steve Frankel.

Larter first moved to Los Angeles in the 90’s to pursue her acting career. She later moved to New York City in 2002, and remained there for three years.

Larter is currently married to fellow actor Hayes MacArthur, with whom she has two children.

The 39-year-old actress is anticipating the release of her next film project “Resident Evil: The Final Chapter,” currently in post-production. The film is set to be given a theatrical release in 2017.

While one of the regulars of the “Heroes” series, Larter is not expected to be involved in its upcoming 13-episode miniseries revival titled “Heroes Reborn,” which premieres on Sept. 24.
