HOLLYWOOD HILLS—”Twilight” Actress Nikki Reed has listed her Spanish villa-style home in Hollywood Hills for an asking price of $1.3 million. The property’s main house has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, while its separate apartment unit has an additional bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and private patio.

The 2,284-square ft. house is located at 3369 Charleston Way near Lake Hollywood and offers ideal views of Universal Studios Hollywood and Griffith Park.

Built in 1926, the multi-level house features two fireplaces, in the living area and kitchen, with hardwood floors on its main level. It also offers a three-car garage and is equipped with central heating and air-conditioning throughout the home. Various appliances are included in the property purchase including a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. The backyard features a large, open patio area with a bean-shaped, heated pool and spa.

The property’s broker, PLG Estates, is set to host an open house on Sunday, July 19 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., according to Trulia.com.

The 26-year-old acquired the house, along with two other properties, following her divorce with musician husband Paul McDonald, 30, back on March 29. McDonald was left with the couple’s house in Nashville, Tennessee.

Last summer, Reed became involved in a relationship with 36-year-old “Vampire Diaries” star Ian Somerhalder. The two announced their engagement in February and married on April 26 in Malibu.

The actress recently hit Comic-Con in San Diego, but was during her stay was hospitalized for throat problems and exhaustion, per a report by the New York Daily News.

Reed has been cast in the role of Betty Ross in the upcoming season of Fox’s “Sleepy Hollow.” She was also recently cast alongside Britt Robertson, from “Tomorrowland” to appear in the Thomas Dekker indie film “Jack Goes Home” currently in pre-production.
