LOS ANGELES—Comedian Andy Dick who was previously accused of sexual misconduct in the past, has been charged with sexual battery and simple battery for allegedly groping a woman on a Los Angeles Street.

TMZ reported that Dick walked past the woman, squeezed her bottom twice and made lascivious comments in April 2018. Charges for this incident were filed on June 7. In 2008, he plead guilty to misdemeanor battery charges after yanking down a teen’s shirt, revealing her chest. He was arrested in January 2010 in West Virginia on charges of sexual abuse and allegedly groping a patron and bartender.

The actor and comedian was fired last year from the indie film “Raising Buchanan” after co-workers complained about his non-consensual touching and licking. Dick also propositioned his co-workers sexually. He has exposed himself several times in December 2004 at a McDonald’s restaurant, in 2005 at Yuk Yuk’s comedy club in Canada, and in October 2010 at Café Audrey in Hollywood.

He grew to fame with his role on the NBC comedy “NewsRadio,” and also starred in the films “Zoolander,” “Zoolander 2,” “Dr. Doolittle” and “The Comebacks.”

Dick will be arraigned in court on Wednesday, July 18, where he faces one count of sexual battery and one count of simple battery.
