SANA MONICA—The Santa Monica Animal Shelter, located at 1640 9th St., Santa Monica, CA 90401, is reducing adoption fees from October 27 to November 7 to $20.00 for one kitten or cat, and $30.00 for two. The hours of operation to the public are Tuesday-Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. According to a press release from the Santa Monica Police Department, at least 50 felines are available.
A $250 voucher, redeemable at any VCA Animal Hospital, is given for each adopted pet. The voucher can be used towards veterinary examinations and medications.
