BEVERLY HILLS—The Greystone Mansion Concours d’Elegance car show will be held on Sunday, May 1. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Event participants can see classic motorcycles and over 140 automobiles that were built prior to 1974.

Some of those cars are Pre-War US and Pre-War European. Free parking will be available at 9255 Sunset Boulevard and a free shuttle service will be available to Greystone Mansion & Gardens: The Doheny Estate. Tickets are limited and available for $125. Exclusive hotel packages are available at Montage Beverly Hills, Luxe Hotel Rodeo, and Sixty Beverly Hills. They are available for purchase online at www.greystoneconcours.org. The event features unlimited gourmet food, beverages and drinks such as Stella Artois, Asombroso Fine Tequila and desserts are being provided by Sugarfina.

A lecture will be held and sponsored by City National Bank. Attendees will also have the chance to participate in scotch tasting with well known car collector David Gooding. Mike Brewer and Edd China of British Wheelers Dealers television show will be having a book lecture and doing book signings.

Attendees will have access to see rarely seen rooms in the Greystone Mansion such as the speakeasy, billiard, and the bowling alley, which was featured in films such as “There Will Be Blood” and many others. Vendors will be on the first floor of the mansion selling automotive art, vintage posters, books, automobilia, vintage clothing and many more items.

The event is produced by the city of Beverly Hills, with the help of the Friends of Greystone. Their mission is to raise funds to restore and preserve the Doheny Greystone Estate which is a nationally-registered landmark.
