BEVERLY HILLS—A Beverly Hills estate once owned by action-star Jackie Chan, has sold for 73 percent more than what the actor purchased the home for in 2013.
Jackie Chan’s 90210 mansion was flipped by the current homeowner for $10.875 million just two years after it was sold for $3 million.
The 7,638-square-foot home built in 1986 sits on about 1/3 of an acre and is located at 1705 Green Acres Drive. The home is equipped with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths and also features a pool, spa and a waterfall.
The former martial artist’s estate is adjacent “Greenacres” estate, which hosted its fair-share of celebrities including Marilyn Monroe, Alan Ladd and Mary Pickford.
