WOODLAND HILLS—All-girls Catholic academy, Louisville High School, was evacuated following a phoned-in bomb threat.

A Los Angeles Police Department representative told Canyon News that the Lost Hills Sheriff station received the call threatening an explosion. The call came in at around 12:50 p.m. Wednesday.

Classes were evacuated and administrators moved the hundreds of students to the Gelson’s Market located at 22277 Mulholland Highway. From there, the LAPD official indicated parents were able to pick up their students.

The students of Louisville High School returned to classes from summer break on Monday, August 13. The LAPD reported they do not know the identity of the caller, but a Twitter post from the LAPD Topanga Station indicated that the caller was a male who purchased bombs online.
