SHERMAN OAKS—On Tuesday, June 9 at around 8 a.m., a woman was held at gunpoint in her own driveway on the 4800 block of Katherine Avenue.
The victim noted that she was standing in her driveway when a man with a handgun approached her and demanded her purse. She gave him the purse with no resistance and the man fled the scene.
The car that the suspect drove away in is described as a four-door white Toyota Camry. The suspect was last seen wearing a white shirt with black running pants and black shoes.
The suspect is described as Armenian man around 40 years old with a light beard. He is between 5 feet and 10 inches to 6 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds.
Authorities are still searching for the suspect.
