SHERMAN OAKS—An SUV crashed through a parking lot garage wall on Saturday, September 7 at 8:33 p.m. The garage was located on the 5400 block of Sepulveda Blvd. in Sherman Oaks.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department’s website, the SUV was traveling from an uncovered parking area when it drove through the covered parking garage.
Urban Search and Rescue Task Force 88 responded less than a half mile north of their station to a vehicle vs building. They assisted in freeing two individuals from the vehicle. Paramedics were on scene to treat the victims who sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash.
The parking garage was unoccupied at the time of the incident. It is still unknown exactly what led to the accident.
