MALIBU—The Malibu Arts Festival will take place from July 25-July 26. This is the 44th year for the Arts Festival which is produced by the Malibu Chamber of Commerce.

According to the Malibu Chamber of Commerce website, this 44th iteration of the Arts Festival will feature more than “200 award-winning painters, sculptors, photographers, jewelers and other unique artisans.” Local businesses will also be promoted at the festival’s Chamber Village section.

For children attending the Arts Festival, a workshop will be set up where they can create art of their own and learn from artists of from several disciplines. An entertainment stage will also be featured at the event where original musicians will be performing every day. Also on tap for the Arts Festival is a food truck terrace that will feature a variety of cuisines.

Those attending the Arts Festival will have the opportunity to meet and speak with artists of many disciplines and genres. The festival claims to be “one of the most beautiful outdoor art festivals in the nation.”

In addition to the Arts Festival, the Optimist Club of Malibu will be hosting a pancake breakfast at the Malibu Civic Center beginning at 8 a.m.

The event will take place in front of the Malibu Civic Center, 23555 Civic Center Way, just off of Pacific Coast Highway and will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Admission to the Arts Festival is free but there is only limited free parking. Additional parking is available near the festival for $10.
