BEVERLY HILLS—The Trump Organization sold their home at North Canon Drive in Beverly Hills for $13.5 million. Currently, the Trump Organization is run by the Trump’s son Eric and Donald Trump Jr. Eric Trump released a statement to The Real Deal Los Angeles, that they decided to sell the property because they were not able to “enjoy the property in recent years and it has seen minimal use” due to their “hectic schedules.”
The Trump Organization purchased the home in 2007 for $7 million. It is a five bedroom property, that is 5,400 square foot and is located near the Will Rogers Memorial Park and the Beverly Hills Hotel.
The property was purchased by Hillcrest Asia Limited which is linked to Indonesian billionaire and politician Hary Tanoesoedibijo. He is the President Director of PT MNC Investama Tbk, which is an Indonesian media company that he founded. In October 2011, the Los Angeles based investment company Saban Capital Group acquired a 7.5 percent stake in the company.
The only property the Trump Organization currently owns in the Los Angeles region is the Trump National Golf Club Los Angeles.
