MALIBU—Jennifer Lopez, 49, and Alex Rodriguez, 43, have chosen another property in Southern California to call home. The couple recently purchased a Malibu beach house from “Entourage” actor Jeremy Piven. The former start of the Bravo reality series “Million Dollar Listing” Los Angeles Madison Hildebrand was responsible in assisting with the sell of the property.
The house was purchased by the couple for $6.6 million, despite that the initial asking price for the property was $10.5 million just two years ago.
The home, which is three-stories tall, holds four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Over fifty feet of beachfront extends behind the house.
The couple recently sold their New York City condominium that they purchased in early 2018 for $15.3 million. The 4,033 square feet condo has 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, slightly less than needed for the merged family of six.
Lopez and Rodriguez have been dating since February 2017. She recently appeared in the comedy “Second Act” which arrived in theaters in December 2018.
