WESTWOOD—Officials from the UCLA Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate several suspects involved in a burglary that transpired at Delta Terrace Residence Hall on Friday, April 27. The incident transpired between 2:17 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. where several suspects entered the room of the three victims from an unsecured door and stole personal property as they slept. The victims were not able to provide police with any descriptions of the suspects, and there were no reports of any injuries during the incident.

Another burglary transpired at Sproul Cover on April 14 at approximately 1:45 a.m., where two victims reported that an unknown suspect entered their residence through an open window while they were sleeping.  One victim woke up and confronted the suspect, who fled out the front door.  No property was reported missing. The suspect in that case was described as a Caucasian male, who was wearing glasses, a backwards dark baseball cap, a medium-color hooded sweatshirt, and medium-color athletic pants.

Authorities have not indicated rather the two incidents are connected.  The UCLA PD would like to remind the campus community to:

-Report any suspicious activities to the police

-Secure your residence by locking all doors and windows.
