HOLLYWOOD—I’m a die-hard fan of “Big Brother” and loved, and I mean loved the notion of “Celebrity Big Brother” last winter. However, this is what you call a celeb-filled, must-see TV for the next 3 weeks. The new cast for the second season of “Celebrity Big Brother” was revealed on Sunday, January 13, and man this is going to be some amazing TV.

Last season, the cast was interesting, I mean we had Omarosa people, but this season, the celebrities entering the BB house and being cut off from the outside world is the stuff that fans can only dream about. There were some fights last season, but this season with the personalities inside the house, oh, there definitely will be conflict, arguments, and golden moments for viewers to salivate over. I mean we have Grammy Award winning singer and star of the reality series “Braxton Family Values,” Tamar Braxton! For those of you who haven’t seen the show, you’re in for a major treat for CBB.

Other notable names joining the cast include White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci, mother of actress Lindsay Lohan, Dina Lohan, Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte, singer and “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss, former WWE wrestler Natalie Eva Marie, Olympian Lolo Jones, actor Joey Lawrence, actor and “Mean Girls” star Jonathan Bennett, former NFL star Ricky Williams, actor and comedian Tom Green, and Kato Kaelin, yes, that Kato people.

Rumors were running rampant earlier this week all a slew of celebs that may have made the cut. I wasn’t impressed with that list; I’m very impressed with this list. The males in the house are going to be a force to reckon with when it comes to physical competitions, I mean you have Williams, Lawrence and Lochte people. As for the female personalities, let the catfights begin because I can already see friction brewing between Jones and Braxton. Then we have a super fan in Bennett, who hopefully keeps things tightlipped to not put an immediate target on his back.

My only hope this season is a change to that dreadful final four twist; give the viewers something more fitting versus one winner getting the opportunity to ax two people at the end. The accelerated format is a dream for BB fans, if only now we can get a proper all-stars edition for BB21.

“Big Brother 20” was entertaining, but not everyone was hungry for the win, I have a feeling everyone in this cast is angling to get that final prize America and I cannot wait to see what madness unfolds along the way. “Celebrity Big Brother” premiers on Monday, January 21 at 8 p.m. on CBS, and yes Julie Chen is returning to host people!
