SHERMAN OAKS—On Monday, December 8, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported a automobile fire at 3:52 p.m. on the northbound 405 freeway.
A flatbed truck with a load of hay is well involved. Firefighters extinguished the blaze which was putting out large volumes of smoke.
The California Highway Patrol shut down the NB 405 freeway at NB 101 freeway interchange. There were no injuries reported to the driver of the truck. The cause of fire is unknown.
