MALIBU—A Malibu Golf Club, which opened in 1989, has closed after Malibu Associates, the owners of the club, foreclosed on their $47 million loan from U.S. Bank.
According to previous reports, Malibu Associates has also filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The golf club is located off Encinal in Western Malibu and additionally contains a restaurant and clubhouse.
