STUDIO CITY—On May 24, a man was wounded in a shooting at an underground parking garage in Studio City.

The incident occurred at around 2 p.m. at 12200 Ventura Boulevard, in the parking lot under a California Pizza Kitchen near Laurelgrove Avenue and Ventura Boulevard. The victim was reportedly shot in the lower abdominal area, and the suspect fled the scene.

The reason the individual shot the man is unknown. The victim was treated at the scene and hospitalized for his injuries.
