WOODLAND HILLS—The Bread Head Restaurant Group, co-founded by Michelin-starred chefs Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder, will open a fourth restaurant at Topanga Village in Woodland Hills. The critically acclaimed sandwich shop is known for its gourmet sandwiches served on house-made focaccia bread. The opening is scheduled for December 2026.

The Los Angeles Times called Bread Head “L.A.’s next great sandwich shop.” It has also been repeatedly featured in outlets including The Infatuation, Eater LA, and TimeOut.

This location will be bigger than the chain’s other shops, featuring indoor and outdoor seating, large TVs with NFL Sunday Ticket, and a curated selection of craft beer. It will take over the space previously occupied by Veggie Grill. The other three Bread Head locations are in Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, and Westwood.

Williams and Snyder met while working together at Trois Mec, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Los Angeles. Both earned individual Michelin stars during their time there. They shared a belief in taking simple food and elevating it to fine dining craftsmanship, an approach that shaped the sandwich concept they would eventually build into Bread Head.

That same philosophy, of applying serious culinary technique to an everyday sandwich shop, is what the Topanga Village location will bring to Woodland Hills when it opens its doors this December.
