LOS ANGELES—Los Angeles Rams athlete, Myles Garrett will undergo knee surgery and will be placed on injury reserve following the team’s week 1 loss to the San Francisco 49ers 27-7. The Rams are a team being watched around the world because of their roster and offseason additions.

Two-Time Defensive Player of the Year, Garrett was among the franchises supreme moves this offseason. Thursday was the day where the world got to see the star on the field in meaningful time.

Garrett struggled in the game where he didn’t get any QB hits and was on and off the field and it appeared he was out of breath. It was reported while on the sideline, he was dealing with a nagging knee injury.

This was the first game of the season that was out of the country for the NFL, played in Melbourne, Australia, who hosted the 49ers and Rams.
