LOS ANGELES—Officials from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Newton Area are requesting the public’s help in locating three suspects who were involved in a takeover robbery on October 13.

The robbery transpired at approximately 5:00 p.m. at a pharmacy located on the 200 block of West Vernon Avenue. The three suspects entered the facility armed and ordered employees to drop to the floor. They then stole currency and various medications, fleeing in a gray, 4-door BMW with a sunroof, the LAPD indicated.

According to the LAPD, the first suspect is described as a 20 to 25-year-old African-American male, with a dark complexion. He stands 5 feet and 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds. He was wearing blue long sleeved hooded sweatshirt, pink undershirt, black pants, black “Vans” shoes with a white stripe, and a black ‘DC’ New Era baseball hat. He has a possible disability or injury to his right hand.

The second suspect is described as a 20 to 25-year-old African-American male with a light complexion. He stands between 5 feet and 6 inches to 5 feet and 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds. He was wearing a dark blue ‘Los Angeles’ beanie, white long sleeve Adidas shirt with black sleeves and white stripes, grey sweatpants with black knee pads, and black shoes.

The third suspect is described as an African-American male with a slim build. He stands between 5 feet and 6 inches to 5 feet and 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 135 to 145 pounds. He was wearing a black hat, black long sleeve shirt, tan pants, and black shoes. He has a possible pony tail.
