BEVERLY HILLS—One Republic vocalist Ryan Tedder and his wife Genevieve have put their Beverly Hills home on the market for $12.75 million.

The home which was build in 1959, has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It was restored and expanded two years ago by Alvarez Morris Architectural Studio, according to the Los Angeles Times. The renovated, 5,386-square-foot home includes a new bedroom and family room with updated bathrooms, fixtures and systems. The original car port was replaced with a three-car garage.

The home features five bedrooms, including an office and a guest bedroom with a private patio, Variety reported. The living room opens into a large, formal dining room, with windows that overlook the motor court. The kitchen consists of marble and stainless steel countertops and an informal dining area. Folding and sliding glass doors lead to a courtyard with a mature coral tree. The property also features a private garden, fire pit, spa and swimming pool.

The musician purchased the home in 2014 from film producer Gregory Goodman for just under $7.5 million, according to property records.

“The Tedder family added luxury details, expanded the property and restored it to its original look,” listing agent David Gray told Mansion Global. The home now has “a very mid-century vibe but with a softer palette.”

Celebrities like Jane Fonda, Jennifer Aniston and Vera Wang currently reside in the neighborhood where the home is being sold. Celebrities such as Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra and Ray Charles have also resided in the area.

Tedder is best known as the lead vocalist for the band One Republic. He is also a music producer and has worked with stars including Madonna, Beyoncé,  Jennifer Lopez, Maroon 5, Adele, One Direction, Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande.
