BEVERLY HILLS—The city of Santa Monica announced that September 4 is Social Media Safety Day in Beverly Hills. The day aims to highlight digital safety practices and engage in open discussions with children about being online. The important work on social media safety started in 2024, which lead the Beverly Hills City Council to issue a proclamation on September 4, 2024.
To help the Beverly Hills community navigate the digital world safely join for an educational discussion on Monday, September 28. The event will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at City Hall Room 280A.
