BEVERLY HILLS—Officials with the Los Angeles Fire Department extinguished a structure fire that erupted on the 1500 block of North Beverly Drive on Friday, September 6.

Firefighters were dispatched to the scene in the Beverly Crest region at approximately 10:15 p.m. According to officials, the structure fire was caused by a nearby two acre brush fire that was slowly burning uphill.

Fifty-five firefighters worked with a water-dropping helicopter unit to extinguish the outbuilding fire in fifty minutes.

There were no reports of any injuries during the blaze. No other homes were damaged during the fire.

Officials are investigating the exact cause of the fire. No other details have been disclosed to the public.
