Traffic Impacts:
-N. Santa Monica Blvd. reduced to one in each direction during overnight work hours
-One lane in each direction will remain open.
-All lanes will reopen by 6 a.m. daily
-Temporary construction crosswalk is only for authorized construction personnel

According to the Foster+Partners website, the One Beverly Hills will transform 17.5 acres of land in the core of the city. The masterplan introduces 10 acres of open space and breathtaking gardens, which will be a sustainable oasis of wellness, encouraging exploration and relaxation.

The masterplan will integrate the current Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills into a unified site. The Beverly Hilton will benefit from a considerate restoration and significant upgrades, integrating designs which play homage to its legacy and will further cement its position as the city’s premier venue for decades to come. The masterplan adds new buildings to the site: a luxury Aman Hotel with 78 all-suite guest rooms, Aman-branded residences across two towers, and a standalone 100,000 square foot Aman Club – the brand’s private members club.

Drivers are asked to plan accordingly and seek alternate routes to avoid traffic delays. For more details contact the One Beverly Hills Construction Hotline at (424) 252-1338.
