MALIBU—On Monday, October 9 from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m., Malibu City Hall will host an Ice Cream known as the “Ice Cream Social” at the Multi-Purpose Room. The flyer on the city’s website indicates the purpose of the event is to, “Celebrate October birthdays at the Center’s Ice Cream Social. Make your own sundae and enjoy socializing with others.”
