LOS FELIZ—Derek Davies, the co-founder of Neon Gold Records listed his 1920s inspired bungalow home in Los Feliz for $1.5 million. The home measures 12,000 square feet with a detached music studio. The property is listed through Marlene Rogliano of Sotheby’s International Realty.

The two-level home includes a hot tub near an illustrious patio. The living and dining room areas compliment interior designed bedrooms and quartz sized walnut kitchen counters.

A newly remodeled garage was transformed into a soundproof music studio which produced some of the biggest artists, like Charlie XCX and Marina and the Diamonds, Passion Pit, Haim, Icona Pop and Ellie Goulding.

In 2018, Davies paid $985,000 for the artsy trio style Los Feliz home. Neon Gold Records was co-founded with Lizzy Plapinger, a lead vocalist of MS MR, in 2008.
