SHERMAN OAKS—Actor Hunter Parrish has sold his Sherman Oaks home for $1.855 million.

The 29-year-old actor and singer listed the home, located on Vista Haven Road, through Coldwell Banker. Barry Dantagan was the listing agent in charge of the purchase.

The lot is half an acre and located behind a gated courtyard entry and contains a Modern Midcentury décor that combines industrial inspired design elements with glass.

Parrish’s former home consists of walls of glass that emphasize the outdoor scenery. The master bedroom has a fireplace and a mountain view.

The living area – that doubles as a dining area – contains a brick fire place.  The living area contains windows from which the yard, patios, gardens and swimming pool can be seen.

The kitchen includes a bar, a wine cooler, a double oven and stainless steel appliances. The home contains three bedrooms, a den, and two garage spaces, and totals 2,100 square feet.

Parrish is known for his work on the Showtime series “Weeds” and he has appeared on Broadway. Last year, he starred in the series “Hand of God,” “The Following,” and acted in the film “A Rising Tide.” He currently stars in the television series “Good Girls Revolt.”
