The home was originally built in 1949, and has had several renovations over the years inside is modern. It has gone through several renovations over the years. The house features a kitchen with an island and stainless steel appliances. There is also a separate guest house with its own deck for visitors.
The landscape features fruit trees and tropical plants. The property has a spacious driveway, and a two-car garage. Renters will have access to the private beach, Point Dume Beach.
