HOLLYWOOD HILLS—Comedian/actor and The Comedy Store owner Paul Montgomery “Pauly” Shore has listed his Hollywood Hills West home for lease asking for $27,500 a month.

The contemporary home, which sits on a half-acre lot, was built in 1959 and has been recently remodeled.

According to public records, Shore purchased the home in 1996 for around $1 million and has generally been leasing out the property in recent years.

According to the Los Angeles Times, nearly 360-degree views take in downtown Los Angeles, the ocean, the Hollywood sign and the San Gabriel Mountains.

The listing agent representing Shore is Marcie Hartley of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate.

Earlier this week, bandits struck Shores’ legendary Hollywood comedy venue, The Comedy Store, removing an ATM filled with nearly $10,000 from an outdoor patio.

The burglary took place after the venue had closed for the night and there were problems with the surveillance footage, according to the venue. Shore was reportedly away doing a show in Texas at the time.
