CALIFORNIA—Around 8 a.m. on September 3, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department East Los Angeles Station announced it was seeking the public’s assistance in finding Jaime Anthony Martinez, a critically missing juvenile.
Jaime is 11 years old and Hispanic. He weighs 98 pounds and is 4 feet 11 inches tall.
He was last seen at 11:45 p.m. Monday, September 2, within the 4500 block of 6th Street in East Los Angeles. He was wearing red pants, a black shirt with a white logo, black shoes, and carrying a black backpack. His family is concerned about his welfare.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call Detective D. Aguayo, Detective P. Lavin, or the watch commander of the East Los Angeles Station at (323) 264-4151. Anyone who wishes to remain anonymous can instead call Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS (8477).
Around 7:30 p.m. on September 3rd, the LASD East Los Angeles Station issued an update announcing that Jamie had been found. The station thanked the deputies who conducted the search, along with the media and members of the public.
