CALIFORNIA—On September 14, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department announced it was seeking the public’s assistance in locating Secundino Robert Martinez, a critically missing person.

Martinez, 78, resides in Los Angeles County. He is a Hispanic man, 5 feet tall and weighing 120 pounds, with white hair, brown eyes, and a white beard. He was last seen in the 9200 block of La Docena Lane in Pico Rivera, California, at 9:30 p.m. on September 12. Before he went missing, Martinez was wearing red pajama pants and a black thermal shirt.

He has a mental health disorder and a cognitive impairment. His family is concerned for his welfare and is asking the public to help locate him.
