BEVERLY HILLS—Beverly Hills Mayor John Mirisch will participate with the entire community for a free concert and Sing-Along with the Legal Voices of the L.A. Lawyers Philharmonic. The concert will be held on Thursday, September 1, with two performances for the public to attend. One at 6:00 p.m. and another at 7:15 p.m. This event is the last of the summer Concerts on Cañon series.

The Honorable John A. Mirisch was elected to the Beverly Hills City Council in 2009 and 2013. In 2013, he served his first term as mayor and in 2015 he was appointed vice mayor for the city of Beverly Hills. Participants are asked to bring a picnic dinner for the festivities.

According to a press release from the city of Beverly Hills, the concert will be conducted by philharmonic founder and long-time Beverly Hills resident Gary S. Greene. The concert will feature Choral Director Jim Raycroft and Assistant Choral Director Renee Burkett.  The audience will participate in singing songs from the 1960s, including hits from the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Grateful Dead, Credence Clearwater Revival, ABBA and more.

The concert will be held at Beverly Cañon Gardens located at 241 N. Cañon Dr. Parking will be available in the Beverly Cañon Gardens structure and validations will be provided.
