STUDIO CITY—A body was discovered near the Tujunga Wash located in Studio City between Moorpark Street and Laurel Canyon Boulevard. Authorities were called to the scene at approximately 8:50 a.m.

The case is still under investigation.

According to reports, the body found was of a 36-year-old African-American male who appears to have suffered severe head trauma.
