HOLLYWOOD HILLS—On September 8, the remains of a body were found in a Tesla vehicle that was abandoned in an impound lot in Hollywood Hills, and the car was registered to the signer D4vd. The body was identified as a teenager named Celeste Rivas Hernandez. She was raised in Lake Elsinore, and she had a history of running away from home.
In January 2024, she was found by police and returned to her family. However, over the last year, she ran away from home at least three times, according to law enforcement, as she lived in a troubled home.
On March 19, the video camera of a liquor store in Lake Elsinore recorded Celeste Rivas Hernandez walking down the street around 7 a.m. Afterward, she turns the corner and then vanishes from the camera’s sight. After this date, she disappeared again.
