HOLLYWOOD—Singer Elton John, 67, officially tied the knot with his longtime partner David Furnish, 52, at his Windsor home in England on December 21.

John created an Instagram account on December 19 where he shared with his fans photos of their wedding day.

John and Furnish first met in 1993. They are parents to two sons Zachary, 3, and Elijah, 23 months.
