STUDIO CITY—On Wednesday, September 23, the Los Angeles Police Department had to battle a blaze inside a carport near two apartment buildings in Studio City.
The incident was reported at 5:42 p.m. at 10931 W. Bloomfield St. At least four vehicles caught fire in a carport, exposing two apartment buildings. Firefighters proceeded offensively with a fire attack and ensured all building occupants were safe.
Knockdown transpired in 20 minutes with no injuries reported. Crews remained on scene for overhaul. The exact cause of the fire has not been disclosed.
