WEST HOLLYWOOD—Investigators with the FBI, Los Angeles Police Department, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are seeking the public’s help with identifying a serial bank robber accused of robbing three banks on Monday, December 16 on Santa Monica & Sunset Boulevards. The suspect is linked to five bank robberies that occurred in Los Angeles bank robberies on November 22.

Indicated in the information provided by FBI officials in Los Angeles, the unidentified suspect threatens bank tellers by passing a note to them with his plans to shoot victims inside of the bank if they refuse to aide in the robbery.

Detectives described the suspect as being Black with black hair and a beard. He stands 6 feet tall, weighs between 170 to 200 pounds, and is known to wear dark clothing and sunglasses.
