BEVERLY HILLS—A Beverly Hills mansion once owned by martial artist and action-star Jackie Chan has hit the market at the listing price of $12.25 million.
Chan bought the French Villa-inspired home in 1998 for $3 million. Eight years later, the action star beloved by fans in both his native China and the United States, more than doubled his initial investment in selling the property for $6.3 million.

The 7,638 square-foot property features a gated entrance that leads to a circular motor court with a fountain at its heart.
The landscaped grounds cover approximately three-fourths of an acre, featuring a flagstone patio, waterfall pool, and cabana, complete with a barbecue and outdoor dining area.
The 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house boasts a two-story entrance, a wood-paneled family room, three fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, and a temperature-controlled wine closet.
Chan’s former home, listed by Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Residential Brockerage, was last sold in 2013 for $7.8 million.
