MALIBU—The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Person’s Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Michael Hutton Banks. Banks was last seen on June 23 at 6:15 p.m., leaving his residence on the 32000 block of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.
He is described as a 20-year-old Caucasian male, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 150 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt, black shorts, black sandals, and carrying blue bags. He suffers from mental health conditions and there is concern for his well-being.
