LOS FELIZ—Maroon 5 lead guitarist James B. Valentine, 40, has listed his $3.785 million home as first reported on Thursday, September 19.
Built in 1960, the mid-century modern-style property expands on a hill at 2,100 square feet facing downtown Los Angeles. Valentine purchased the three bedroom and two bathroom luxury for $2.2 million in 2006.
The spacious property dominates natural lighting, white interiors, glass walls and windows, design by architect Neil A. Johnson. Each room personalizes different elements and styles from patterns to perfectly crafted book shelves, terrazzo floors, carpets, and private balconies.
The languorous home highlights a curvy pool surrounded by safari style tropical trees. Maroon 5 was nominated for 11 Grammy Awards and earned a total of 3 during their career. The bands latest music includes, “Red Pill Blues” was released in 2017, and charted No. 2 on the Billboard 200.
