SANTA MONICA—On April 22, a video was uploaded onto YouTube, which depicts a Caucasian male who was caught causing a massive traffic delay by acting unruly.
The unidentified man as seen in the video gets out of his red Tesla sports car and then stars to strip down all of his clothing and proceeds to crawl to the top of his car and begin to dance.
This incident occurred approximately at 3 p.m., at the intersection of the Pacific Coast Highway and Entrada Drive in Santa Monica. After police arrived on scene, it is alleged that the nudist was uncooperative and attempted to flee the scene in his car, but crashed into a Mini Cooper.
The identity of the suspect has not been disclosed to the public at the current time.
