WESTWOOD—The UCLA Police Department are investigating an indecent exposure incident that occurred on January 19. The incident occurred at 10:22 p.m. a UCLA female student was parking her vehicle at 590 Kelton Ave. when she spotted a nude White male masturbating in the walkway between 553 and 555 Kelton Ave.
She spotted the suspect run towards the rear of the location when officers arrived on the scene. Authorities have described the suspect as approximately 20 years of age, 5 feet and 10 inches tall, with an unknown tattoo on his chest. Authorities do not have a description of the suspect’s vehicle and do not have any details concerning whether he had a weapon.
