SANTA MONICA—On Wednesday, December 3, a four-vehicle collision occurred on the Santa Monica (10) Freeway in Los Angeles’s Mid-City neighborhood.
A 19-year-old man was killed in the crash, and was identified on December 4 by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office as Nathaniel Brown.
Brown was killed while traveling on the eastbound side of the freeway. When California Highway Patrol officers arrived at the scene, they found the two vehicles, a dark colored Infinity and a silver Honda Civic had collided in the middle lanes of the freeway.
On the right side of the highway were two other vehicles that were involved in the collision. No details on the cause of the collision have been disclosed by authorities.
