LAPD Search For Skull Mask Burglars

BEVERLY HILLS/COLDWATER CANYON—Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s North Hollywood are asking for the public’s assistance in the identification of the suspects responsible for a series of burglaries in the North Hollywood region.

According to the LAPD Blog, on November 19, around 6 p.m., a burglary occurred transpired on the 7700 block of Bellaire Avenue. Three suspects, one of them wearing a mask gained entrance into the home and removed a safe. They exited the property and got into a newer model Nissan Rouge with “Beverly Hills BMW” paper plates, which was driven by the fourth suspect.

In the past two month, a total of 26 residential burglaries occurred in the North Hollywood region from October 15 thru December 18. The burglaries have occurred within the area of Coldwater Canyon Boulevard and Bellaire Avenue, between Roscoe Boulevard and Victory Boulevard.

The suspects are working in crews of 2 to 4 people and they drive cars with paper plates. The suspects have targeted single family homes between the hours of 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The culprits select homes with minimal to zero lighting and enter the residence by smashing the rear sliding doors. Once inside, they look for jewelry, cash, designer handbags, and firearms to steal.

The first suspect is described as a male, standing 5 feet and 10 inches tall and weighs between 160 to 180 pounds. He was wearing a “Skull Face” mask, black hoodie, black jeans, and black shoes. The second suspect is a male, standing 5 feet and 10 inches tall and weighs between 160 to 180 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie, black jeans, and blue running shoes. The third suspect is a male, standing 5 feet and 10 inches tall and weighs between 160 to 180 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and gray running shoes.

The suspects have been seen driving a white Kia sedan and a white Cadillac Escalade with paper plates.
