MALIBU—Family members have identified the body of Douglas Naylor, who was struck and killed while crossing Pacific Coast Highway on Sunday, November 9.
Naylor, 70, worked in finance and real estate, where he lived in Malibu for years. Prior to his death, Naylor lived in Port Hueneme, but regularly returned to Malibu to visit family members in the area.
He was killed by a sedan traveling westbound while he was crossing PCH from Las Flores Beach. He leaves behind three children and four siblings.
